- Emptying skimmer and pump baskets; cleaner bags if applicable
- Backwashing filters/ Cleaning cartridge filter elements
- Testing the operation of heaters, water features, pool lights, etc.
- Testing and balancing water chemistry
- Cleaning waterline as needed
